Welcome
Hi guys. I'm Jayden Wylkyns, the host of this website, well at least the subdomain, and I'm just going to post some of my things on here like the FanFictions I wrote or some of the artworks I did. So.... Welcome to my website. Here, you will find bunch of things (well, that is, when I start posting my things here) that is done by me, as I said before. First of all, I guess my introduction is in order.
~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~ ~xXx~
My name is Jayden Wylkyns but I just call myself Jade. Actually, this isn't my real name but I'm not as stupid as to put my real name online. My age is somewhere between 13 and 70, young enough to use my own teeth but old enough to have other people trust me with sharp objects. You can guess, but I'll just laugh. I can get pretty sarcastic and if you rub me in the wrong way, I'll be more than happy to give you a little verbalism with flurry of colorful words. As for my gender, I'll just leave it to your guesses.
Moving on to what I like, my favorite colors are burnt orange, black, and dark navy blue. I like to hang around with my friends and listen to my iPod where I put songs that I specifically chose. My top-listed bands are Linkin Park, 30 Seconds to Mars, Breaking Benjamin, The Goo Goo Dolls, Skillet, Simple Plan, and Shinedown, and possibly Evanscence. My favorite solo singer is Chris Daughtry. I have myriads of songs that I like, some of the top being:
- Shinedown: Beyond the Sun, 45, Save Me, Second Chance, Her Name is Alice, Breaking Inside, Burning Bright, etc.
- Linkin Park: New Divide, In The End, Iridescent, From the Inside, Waiting for the End, Somewhere I Belong, Breaking the Habit, Pushing Me
Away, What I've Done, Shadow of the Day, Leave Out All The Rest, etc.
- The Goo Goo Dolls: All That You Are, Before It's Too Late, Iris, Black Balloon, Better Days, Sympathy, Slide, Here is Gone, etc.
- Skillet: Awake and Alive, Lucy, Whispers in the Dark, The Last Night, Hero, Savior, Better Than Drugs, Those Nights, Comatose, etc.
- 30 Seconds to Mars: The Kill, Was It a Dream?, A Beautiful Lie, The Story, R-Evolve, From Yesterday, Attack, Kings and Queens, This is War,
Hurricane, Night of the Hunter, etc.
- Simple Plan: Save You, No Love, When I'm Gone, Your Love is a Lie, Jet Lag, How Could This Happen To Me, etc.
Yeah, there's quite a list. I especially love Linkin Park and The Goo Goo Dolls, but Skillet and Shinedown is definitely up there in my favorites list. My favorite movies are Good Will Hunting, Amadeus, Gladiator, and Spartacus. I think Russel Crowe is one of the best actors and he is absolutely amazing in both of the movies, Gladiator and Robin Hood. Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention. My favorite music genres are alternative rock and Gothic rock, but I'm slightly leaning towards progressive metal, hard rock, and grunge as well. My favorite books are Ender's Series/Shadow Series (Orson Scott Card), Tess of the D'Urberville (Thomas Hardy), Katherine (Anya Seton) and War and Peace (Leo Tolstoy), possibly Les Miserables (Victor Hugo) among them. My favorite author is unquestionably Orson Scott Card because to tell the truth, I think he was just born with the talent..
What I don't like... I don't like preppy kids who think they are the smartest people in the world. I myself isn't stupid and I know for a fact that there always is going to be somebody who is smarter than you, so suck it up. That's why I don't like show offs and people who have to go around, asking for people's test results or what schools they went. I also don't like bullies or people who shun others because I believe in fairness and that kind of thing is plain wrong. Another that I don't like is clingy people because they annoy me. Also, I'm not too comfortable with extremely popular kids because they just think they are so cool and all. I've been in the popular circle before, and to tell you the truth, I hate it. I hate the constant need for drama, the never ending break-ups and make-ups, etc. I personally think they should be doing something worth doing than to get involved in those flurry of drama and things, shopping for overly tight clothes and girls wearing scanty clothings (like wearing no shirt under their jackets). I think their clothing styles are slutty and I'll rather stick with the old time fashion: just jeans and baggy shirt or another outfit I like, sports outfit.
I have many hobbies, and some of them are little unusual, from many people's viewpoints. First of all, I like to write. I write stories, should it be my original stories or fanfictions. In fact, I have already written multiple stories, a semi-autobiography among them. Actually, it's just a fiction based on my life, with incorporating some of the real events that happened. Also, I wrote bunch of fanfictions based off some stories I really liked or was intrigued by, most of them based on this manga series that I really love called Naruto, but some of them off books like Ender's Series/Shadow Series (by Orson Scott Card), Heroes of Olympus Series (by Rick Riordan), and Mortal Instruments Series (by Cassandra Clare). I also wrote couple original stories as well but I won't go into further details on those. Another hobby that I have is just playing my violin. I actually play both violin and piano, but I'm more attached to my violin despite having played piano three more years than I did violin. Also, I like to read. You guys are probably thinking now that I must be a nerd, but please, don't think such things. First of all, I don't like to study (but my mom unfortunately forces me to), I like to party with my friends (with loud music, preferably alternative rock), and do unorthodox things with my friends. Anyways, moving on, I like to research random topics that pops into my head and read anything that has to do with the topic. That's how I learned most of the things I know. I also do sports: competitive swimming, lacrosse, and basketball with little bit of tennis, but that's about it. I have couple more hobbies, but I think I'll finish off with those.
How would I describe myself? I like to think of myself as eccentric but fun to be with, and that is supported by my friends. I'm fine with being called weird, in fact, I want to be called weird, as long as it's not meant as absolutely negative way. I'm pretty much easy going, if I don't get in (like auditions or something), I just move on and try harder to get in next time. I like to focus not about the distant future or distant past but at the moment, enjoying the life as it is. Looking like couple months ahead, possibly even a year ahead, is fine with me but if you guys ask me what I plan to do thirty years from now, I'm afraid I have no answer for you. I have in mind what I want to be and what kind of graduate school I want to go to, but it's not like I-have-to-do-it-or-I'll-kill-myself kind of thing.
If you want to contact me, you can contact me via the email that I specifically made for this purpose. It's jade.wylkyns.the.great@gmail.com and you're free to contact me as long as you're not giving me flames, saying things that are considered uncool by society, or things that you wouldn't want to receive in your email.
Thanks,
Jade Wylkyns
